Freundeskreis Nürnberg - Glasgow e.V

The friendship between Nuremberg and Glasgow has been growing ever since its beginning in 1954, when an exchange between young people took place for the first time. Today the two cities, who became official twin cities in 1985, have a variety of relationships on numerous levels.

Our club “Freundeskreis Nürnberg – Glasgow e.V” exists since December 2002. Its main aim is to introduce Scottish life and culture to the people of Nuremberg. At the same time, we are offering our Scottish friends the possibility to learn more about our Franconian ways.
